youre almost 3 months old baby bean. mama cant believe it. i should get started on your 3 month letter pretty soon.
but todays blog isnt about growing.
its about how spoiled ( i mean loved ) you are.
do you know how loved you are son.
you have a very large family to start off. and the extended family goes for miles and miles.
and im not lying when i say youre quite the celebrity. you see, mama grew up in the same town, in the same building almost her entire life. thats 25 years. but mama did live outside of the building for probably 2 years in total out of the 25 years.
because of this though, mama made a lot of friends. people have known me for years. theres some that even knew me as a baby younger than you. how neat is that. and now that youre living in the same place i grew up in, youve become quite popular.
since youre such a new baby still, everyones so excited about you. everyone wants to hold you, and play with you. and just love you.
sometimes when people love you, they spoil you with gifts.
and that my son brings me to these few photos.
the one below is some of the blankets which have been hand knit for you. where we live, theres a group of ladies we call "the knitters group". upon learning of your arrival, they began to knit for you ... and knit they did. this is just some of the beautiful blankets which were made just for you. and it didnt stop at blankets. you have outfits (which are a bit too big still) and booties and leggings (which you sport around in) oh and we cant forget about all the hats too!!
and seeing as we are on the topic of blankets. did you know you own over more than 60. thats two months worth. but mamas not complaining. youre sort of a messy boy, and go through about 4 or 5 a day somtimes ;)
your room is just spilling out with blankets and clothes. i had no idea at only 3 months old, youre wardrobe could last you an entire year ... because you seriously have that many outfits. good thing you go through 3-4 outfits a day, or else you would never even get the chance to wear some of your cute lil things.
well youre about to wake up from your evening nap. so i should end this now.
i love you baby boy.
